The DEEP BLUE 5P are quick positive temperature cooling and deep freezing cells
with a single door compartment and 5 levels, designed to accommodate 600x400mm or 1/1
Gastronorm trays or grids.

• Operating cycles :
* fast cooling cycle | * fast cooling cycle « deep cold » for large products | * deep-freezing cycle
• 2 operating modes:
* automatic operation by probe | * manual operation by timer with countdown | * automatic switch to
preservation mode at the end of each cycle.
